Maths Ready maths and physics tutoring by Josh Roberts

Welcome to Maths Ready! I'm Josh and I have been tutoring Maths and Physics for the last 7 years. I studied Physics at the University Of Southampton where I obtained a first class degree, graduating at the top of my class.

I realised during my studies that there are fundamental, game changing insights which are often overlooked in schools due to a combination of a strict syllabus and limited time and attention. During my degree I perfected the approach of identifying these insights and implementing them in my revision schedule. The results I achieved spoke for themselves as I was awarded better and better marks each term and each year, despite the fact that the exams were more difficult and usually you'd be expected to achieve slightly lower marks each year. Upon completion of my degree, I wanted to pass this method on to other Maths students via the medium of tutoring. I have thoroughly enjoyed observing first hand the difference it makes to the confidence of my students and how this manifests itself in better exam grades.
